Hitit University Expands Its International Cooperation Network
Hitit University took part in the 19th Asia-Pacific Association for International Education Higher Education Conference and Exhibition (APAIE 2026), held in Hong Kong.
The conference and exhibition, one of the world’s leading international higher education platforms, was organized by the Asia-Pacific Association for International Education.
Representing the university at APAIE 2026 were Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Eşref Savaş Başcı and International Projects Coordinator Dr. Mustafa Seyrek. During the conference, they held meetings in line with the university’s internationalization goals.
As part of the program, bilateral meetings were conducted with more than 30 universities from the Asia-Pacific region. Within the scope of these meetings, principle agreements were reached on signing Erasmus+ KA171 and bilateral cooperation agreements covering student and staff mobility, joint research and project development activities, as well as the sharing of academic knowledge and experience.
Through these engagements, Hitit University aims to expand its international network and develop sustainable academic partnerships, particularly with institutions in the Asia-Pacific region.
